Materials and Preparation: Spelling List
Student Grouping: Whole Class
The students stand up behind their seat.
Start with the first person giving them a spelling word.
Each student gives a letter to spell the word.
If the letter is correct the student remains standing.
If the letter is incorrect the student takes a seat.
Once the word has been completely spelled the next student says SPARKLE then the student who would be next has to sit down.
The game continues to one student is standing
